So Long…Farewell

Goodbye Germany by TGWC Chloe

I’m sad to announce that it’s time to say goodbye…not to the blog, but to Germany (which has been my home for over 10 years).

Living in Germany has been such a wonderful chapter in my life. Here are the top 5Ā  reasons I’ve fallen in love with Germany:

  1. It’s where I met my husband and some really good friends! šŸ™‚
  2. I was emerged into a unique and awesome culture.
  3. I saw beautiful, historic structures that transported me back in time (and I saw real castles!!!)
  4. I’ve had an opportunity to travel to places that I dreamed of as a kid (Paris, London, Rome, and many more!)
  5. It’s where my passion for photography was fueled.

Now,Ā  Mr. Click and I are headed to the United States to begin a new chapter. Although I had some apprehension about moving initially, I read a meaningful quote that said…”Every ending is really just a new beginning…”

Hello U.S. by TGWC Chloe

Here’s to the new beginning ahead!

  1. That is a big step! Do you have family there? Germany is a nice country and nice centrally positioned to explore Europe a little.

Good luck with these big changes in your lives!

    All the best,

    1. Hi Tieme! Thank you for the good wishes! We are happy that we’ll be closer to family. I’ll miss places like your beautiful country, the Netherlands, but a huge positive is that Europe is only a plane ride away! šŸ˜‰

      1. I can imagine being closer to family is worth the bug move. Ah, The Netherlands, not the prettiest county in the world šŸ˜‰ Too bad the plane ride will cost you šŸ˜‰

        Happy Friday!

      2. LOL! Truly, I would love to visit Amsterdam again and focus heavily on capturing the beautiful row homes along the canals. I’m full of hope that I’ll make it there again some day. Have a great weekend! šŸ™‚

I'd Love To Hear From You!!
